Then comes the Spanish Supercopa, with will be played in Andalusia. Barça have a semifinal on Wednesday, January 13 against Real Sociedad in Cordoba, and the winners of that tie will meet either Real Madrid or Athletic Club in the final in Malaga on the 17th.
The Copa del Rey
Barça’s Copa del Rey campaign starts on the week of January 20, against opposition still to be determined. Should they successfully navigate their opening game in the competition, they would have a Last 16 game the following week.
The weekends of January 24 and 31 see more league action, away to Elche and at home to Athletic Club.
